- How do I edit a listing?Open the listing from My listings (on a phone, Selling in your account) and select Edit listing. Make your changes, select Save changes, and your listing updates straight away.
- How do I remove something I've sold?Open the listing from My listings (on a phone, Selling in your account). If it sold, select Mark sold. To take something down without selling it, select Pause (for a while) or Withdraw.
- How do messages work?Messages keep everything about a sale in one place: questions, offers, reserving the item and arranging collection. You'll find them all in Messages.
- How does collection work?When a sale is agreed, the seller shares a collection time and address with the buyer privately in townsyville. Only that buyer can see it, and only until the sale is finished or cancelled.
- Buying and selling safelyMost people on townsyville are your neighbours. A few simple habits keep it that way.
- What can't be sold on townsyvilletownsyville is for everyday things. Some items aren't allowed, and some categories aren't open yet while we review them properly.
