How does collection work?

When a sale is agreed, the seller shares a collection time and address with the buyer privately in townsyville. Only that buyer can see it, and only until the sale is finished or cancelled.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: Agree a price in messages. When the seller accepts, the item is reserved for you.

  2. Step 2: The seller selects Arrange collection and shares a day, a time window and the address.

  3. Step 3: The buyer selects View collection details in the conversation to see the address and get directions.

  4. Step 4: Once it's collected, the buyer selects I've collected it.

Good to know

  • Tip

Private sellers' addresses are never shown publicly, only the area. The address is erased 30 days after the collection arrangement ends.

  • Good to know

See the item before you pay. If something doesn't match the listing, you don't have to go ahead.

  • Tip

Some sellers also offer Local delivery. Agree the details in your messages.
