How do I remove something I've sold?

Open the listing from My listings (on a phone, Selling in your account). If it sold, select Mark sold. To take something down without selling it, select Pause (for a while) or Withdraw.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: Select My listings at the top of the page (on a phone, go to your account and select Selling), then select the listing.

  2. Step 2: If it sold, select Mark sold and confirm. Any pending offers end, and this can't be undone. We'll then ask whether it sold through townsyville; that's just for us, and Prefer not to say is fine.

  3. Step 3: To stop it showing for a while, select Pause. Select Put back on sale when you're ready.

  4. Step 4: To take it down for good, select Withdraw and confirm.

Good to know

  • Tip

Ongoing products (things you make to order or keep in stock) aren't marked as sold. Pause or withdraw them to stop taking new orders; orders already in progress carry on.

  • Good to know

If the item is reserved for a buyer, finish or cancel the reservation in your conversation with them first.
