Your storefront, details and products
- How do I change my storefront cover?Open your storefront and select Edit cover in the top-right corner of the cover. You can replace the photo, move it within the frame, or remove it.
- How do I change my business logo?Open your storefront and select the camera button on the corner of your logo. You can replace your logo or remove it.
- How do I edit my business details and opening hours?Select Edit business details on your storefront. You can change your tagline, description, address and opening hours, and changes show on your storefront straight away.
- How do I claim my business on townsyville?If townsyville has set up your storefront, we'll email you an invitation. Open the link, sign in with the email address it was sent to and select Claim my store. Nothing on your storefront changes when you claim it.
- How do I add a product?Go to Sell something, choose your business under Selling as, then follow the steps, selecting Continue after each. Check the preview and select Publish listing: it appears on your storefront.
- How do I edit a listing?Open the listing from My listings (on a phone, Selling in your account) and select Edit listing. Make your changes, select Save changes, and your listing updates straight away.
- How do I remove something I've sold?Open the listing from My listings (on a phone, Selling in your account). If it sold, select Mark sold. To take something down without selling it, select Pause (for a while) or Withdraw.
