How do I claim my business on townsyville?
If townsyville has set up your storefront, we'll email you an invitation. Open the link, sign in with the email address it was sent to and select Claim my store. Nothing on your storefront changes when you claim it.
Step by step
Step 1: Open the invitation email and select Claim your store. The link is personal to you and lasts 14 days.
Step 2: Select Sign in to claim and sign in with the email address the invitation was sent to. If you're new to townsyville, add your name and confirm you're 18 or over.
Step 3: Select Claim my store.
Step 4: You'll land on your storefront, now yours, with links to edit your details and add listings.

No invitation? On your business's storefront, select Is this your business? Claim it and tell us how you're connected to it. We check every request before handing a business over, and you can follow yours on the page you're shown.

If the link says it has expired or isn't valid any more, ask us for a new one.
